| What can I say, I’m a chocolate chip cookie girl, I guess that is one of the reasons why I love Danny’s branding. But other than that I appreciate the simple and fine design. Those cookies look so yummy! Need to try it asap :) BTW, hatayas means the pilot in Hebrew. {Danny’s web site is hebrew friendly}

| Noa and Noy are students at the Fashion Design Department of Shenkar College of Engineering and Design. I don’t know if Gossip Girl is the one to blame but my new obsession is Headbands. When I asked the girls to describe their collection they said: “Our designs gradually advance further and further, almost touching the limit of kitsch. It,s nice to see that fashion now days allows women to explore places that up until recently were not legitimate – wearing feathers, flowers and even a giant pink satin ribbon”. FYI, Lulaa means slipknot in Hebrew. You can get in touch with the girls here: lulaa3 {at} gmail {dot} com |
| Wondering around the Etsy world I discovered these cute creatures. It really feels like they have a life of their own. Don’t they? Or is it just my crazy imagination? Anyway, thumbs up guys! You can visit the creatures web site here:)

| What an innovative idea! The girls reused plastic shutters that have been discarded and gave them second life. FYI, tris is a shutter in hebrew.

| Yael is a fourth year student of the Fashion Design Department of Shenkar College of Engineering and Design. When I discovered Yael’s knitwear project I was drawn to the colors of the turtleneck. I’m not a big gradient fan but this time I think Yael did an amazing job! You can visit Yael’s Sense Of Fashion page, that’s how I found her. You can get in touch with Yael here: sagikeil {at} smile {dot} net {dot} il |
| Iohanna is a 2009 Graduate of the Industrial Design Department of Bezalel Academy of Art and Design. I admit that at first I was drawn to the imagery, then I was fascinated with the concept. In her study, Iohanna deals with the question: what is the minimum form that an object needs to have in order to exist? As Iohanna describe her project it “explores the reciprocal relationship between science and design and examines the impact of computerized technologies on design in the contemporary world.” You can see more here and even watch the video here.

| Nilly sent me her latest project that participated in the “It’s Aperitivo Time” designboom competition. The airy cocktail is a unique and fun way to entertain people at your next cocktail party. Dont you agree? BTW, you have to visit Nilly’s web site! Love the short videos! {This is a DesignBreak by Yael Herman}

| I know I shouldn’t be thinking about fall right now when it’s so hot outside but Shlomit’s pieces made me think about it even though I’m a summer person! I was so happy when I discovered Shlomit’s Etsy shop. I’m sure I’ll be buying something for myself real soon.

| What do you think about this smart hanger?! Love the fact that it consists two hanging options: When closed, it’s a hook rack and when open, it’s an ordinary hanger.

| I love Ayelet’s take on the common belt! There is a constructive sculpting reference in her creations and a play between raw and massive, tender and delicate.

| Dana is a 2008 Graduate of the Jewelry Design Department of Shenkar College of Engineering and Design. Dana created a series of slate jewelry pieces integrating precious metals. She says that her creation process is accompanied by the knowledge that slate can amaze, split and shatter. There is a tense dialog between her personal expression in jewelry design and the natural presence of the raw material. You can get in touch with Dana here: danaarish {at} gmail {dot} com |
| I have been walking around with a big smile since Scoutie Girl wrote a post about my blog. I just love her blog! Handmade heaven! See what she wrote here.
