| Noa and Noy are students at the Fashion Design Department of Shenkar College of Engineering and Design. I don’t know if Gossip Girl is the one to blame but my new obsession is Headbands. When I asked the girls to describe their collection they said: Our designs gradually advance further and further, almost touching the limit of kitsch. Its nice to see that fashion now days allows women to explore places that up until recently were not legitimate – wearing feathers, flowers and even a giant pink satin ribbon. FYI, Lulaa means slipknot in Hebrew.
