| Student Break | Leetal Rivlin | Dancing With The Sand |
At the beginning of the year, I wrote about Leetal Rivlin’s sandy bowls.
Fast forward and six months later, Leetal graduated out of the Industrial Design Department at the Holon Institute of Technology, with a bunch of super stunning bowls and vases down her sleeve. Since I last heard from her, Leetal kept on playing with sand and researched all that is beautiful and unique in the world that’s beneath our feet. Sandstone rocks, dunes, erosion of rocks and scale of colors. They all got a whole new representation in Leetal’s vessels. And all that is left to say is: there is a serious awesomeness all around this thing!
