World Break | Iris Tsante | Mad About Pencils
We all need a dash of bright color in our lives. Iris Tsante is the one responsible for making my day a little more bright and colorful in the middle of this extra gray day. Her pencil jewelery are a breath of fresh air in this dreadful winter! I’m sure you all agree with me.

Another bright light is Mr. Color himself aka Brad Goreski. Brad even has his own trade mark slogan named “POC”. If you ask yourself what does #POC stands for, the right answer is clearly “Pop of Color” ;)

Malinca | Mali Hollander | Frozen Color

Mali Hollander is a recent graduates of the Textile Design Department at the Shenkar College of Engineering and Design.
Since graduating, Mali worked on developing a unique textile material, which gives her the freedom to play with endless varieties of textures and colors. As Mali points out, her textures look like frozen color movement.
Each bag can serve as your daily dose of color. Don’t you agree?
BTW, I adore Malinca’s logo. That’s the web designer in me talking ;)

World Break | Kristina Klarin | Oh So Dreamy Colors

  • Medium Necklace | Lemonade Yellow
  • Long Necklace | Tangerine
  • Butterfly Necklace | Lemonade Yellow
  • Kris's Mushrooms | Lactarius Rufus
  • Kris's Mushrooms | Amanita Muscaria II
Kristina Klarin. She is my kind of girl!
There is something so calm and dreamy about her rounded line of necklaces. I first fell in love with her color palettes that she assembles in what seems like no time, then came her, to die for, miniature mushrooms. Who knew mushrooms can be so endearing ;)
Finally her necklaces can defiantly bright up just about every ordinary outfit.
Did I mention that I have a crush on her pastel combinations?

Student Break | David Keller | Joyful Stool

I got a nice surprise in my mail box today from David. His “Axum and Lalibella” stools were inspired by his daily observation at a center of immigrants from Ethiopia. David’s joyful and colorful stool is upholstered with a rough, almost “impolite” Ethiopian fabric. The rubber joints are hard and aggressive. The stool is forced to be pleasant and comfortable, no matter if it wants it or not.
While those immigrants live there for many years it seems to David that they developed dual, Israeli-Ethiopian culture just like his stools.
BTW, David is a M.des student at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design.
