goga design | Tuly | Your babys best first friend

What do you think about this muslin cotton happy doll? Lately I found myself buying lots of maternity presents and for some reason this is the one I like the most.
Apparently it is a doll, a burp cloth and a pacifier holder, all in one. So I guess I have to thank Michal Levy-Cogan and Merav Ofri-Vax for this one!

Timo | Timor Cohen | A touch for fabric

  • The Bird Line
  • The Mouse Line
  • The Rabbit Line
  • The Family Line
I had to share with you Timor’s inspiration, here goes: “A small case of multicolored threads I once inherited. A well-loved shirt, wrong sized, I couldnt pass on for its magnificent texture. A jar of buttons. A handkerchief with grandpa’s initials. An embroidered pillow cover, hole included. A romantic dress once found in a second hand shop abroad… The desire to sew these together, to make something new, was born of the materials themselves”.
Pure magic!

Mora Dimerman | Jewelry garments

I love the way Mora creates a relationship between her jewelry garments and the human body, “The exploration of different qualities of materials and their combinations, allows me to influence and transform them into an unexpected, hand-crafted creation”. Mora’s creations really touched me!

Sisteram | Rahya and Meital Mitrani | The love for all things fabric

The two sisters know what rocks! When thinking about their line, Rahya and Meital came up with a way of being eco friendly. The winter accessories were created out of the materials left behind after they finished cutting all the clothes {The girls have a clothing line as well}.
You can get in touch with the sisters here: sisteram {at} gmail {dot} com

Tamara | Mixed Materials

It shows that Tamar knows to feel the materials she uses. It seems like she begins her design process with the materials whetherit’s nice fabric, special lace, wool, metals or semi-precious stones.
