For his Winter 2012 collection, my favorite shoe designer aka Oded Arama, decided to go back to black with his unisex “emotions” collection.
You all know Oded as the one responsible for the oh so colorful shoes but this time it’s like we experience a more serious side of this super unique designer. Don’t you worry, as Oded likes to spice things up in each and every design, there are still pops of colors. As you all know, I despise winter but with these shoes I think things will be tolerable (I only say that beacuse summer is just around the corner).
In other exciting news, Oded just opened his own ASOS boutique.

Bakery | Share Your Heart
And then they became two…
The Bakery bunch used to be a threesome but lately Gil Sheffi decided to begin his own journey and the other two Gilli Kuchik and Ran Amitai are keeping the torch alive!
The two creative lovebirds (yes, they are a couple in real life as well) created the Shares Necklace. “It’s a necklace you can share with your loved one. The necklace looks beautiful as a whole and as a half allowing you to enjoy it before and after you find your other half.” Just like when we gave our childhood boyfriend a little heart charm… I guess someone is ready for valentine ;)

  • Behind the Scenes | Ice Cream Volcano
In case you were wondering, we are back to our monthly Oded Arama post. I know, I know, this guy should be the first contestant in the up coming TV show, “Project ShoeShoe” coming your way this fall (a girl can dream :). He can come up with the most ah-ma-zing design in a second or two! For His 2011 Collection Oded had ice cream in mind and who can blame him? If there is one thing I love more than ice cream is cupcakes. Maybe I should pitch him this idea. So… “Sweets”, the collection is full with super exciting colors. I dare you to buy your man the “Candy Oxford”.
All the previous posts I wrote about this ridiculous designer are right here.

Oded Arama | Cloudy Sunrise

  • The Blue Sunrise Couple

The god of shoes answered my prayers and my dream shoe is available for women as we speak.
Only this March I wrote about Oded Arama’s dreamy collection and the man of the hour delivered!
It feels like Oded is in a good place these days. Other than his unisex collection, Oded’s sunrise shoes caught Sigalit Landau‘s attention as well and she added some stylish vibe to her “Laces”, a video Installation which was part of the “One man’s floor is another man’s feelings” Israeli pavilion at the 54th Biennale in Venice.
I wonder what’s next. At this point, it feels like the sky is the limit.

Gorillot | Adi Dagan | Design That Makes You Smile

Adi Dagan is a graphic designer who goes wild ;)
You’ll be in an happy place the second you’ll see one of her designs.
Adi is all about textures, colors and bold prints. You can’t miss it.
If you want to spice things up in your underwear drawer, Adi’s unisex underpants should be you’re new addition. These days I’m loving her snow flake ones.
FYI, Gorillot means Gorillas in Hebrew.

NY Break | Collar, Stand + Tie | Kara Larick | Unisex Ties

  • Unisex Tie Collection | Tie Three
  • Hoodie Scarf Collection |Two Point Pocket Scarf
  • Unisex Tie Collection | Tie Two
  • Hoodie Scarf Collection | Two Pocket Scarf
  • Unisex Tie Collection | Tie One
While I was wandering around The Market NYC, I stumbled upon
Kara’s world of monochromatic accessories and immediately fall in love with it.
“Collar, Stand + Tie deconstructs elements of widely known and loved garments and reconstructs said parts into a new whole. It develops unique, thoughtful and wearable accessories, while keeping the androgynous and avant-garde in mind.” As you know me, I had to have one of my own.
You can have your own unique accessory right now.
